Office Policies
Sessions
My Initial consultation visit with you is scheduled for 90 minutes. Subsequent therapy sessions and medication related visits generally last from 20 minutes upto 45 minutes and are billed accordingly. My rates and fees are based on time and modality of treatment.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements are agreed to in advance. Cash payments, check payments and credit card payments are accepted for appointment payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment and you do not show up for your session, you will be required to pay for your missed session.
